This web site is designed to be your Islamorada  and Upper Keys Rental resource. The links will guide you to information that will help answer your questions concerning available Upper Keys Rentals and our community of islands.  This website is a useful tool to get you started but I invite you to call me for personal, one-on-one help.   


  • Renting a Condo?  Condos are ideal for one person or small families who want a community type of living where they can meet people in the common areas of the complex.   Condo communites usually offer ammenities not found in a  single family home, i.e. swimming pool, hot tub, tennis court, barbecue area, tiki picnic area, beach and so on.  Some even have dockage and marina facilities.   Condo communities usually have special requirements for renters.  Many require an additional application with fees ranging from $50 to $100 per family or per individual.  This fee covers the cost of credit and background checks.  Residency must be approved prior to occupancy.  Pets are rarely accepted.  Occupancy count is strictly enforced in condos - if the condo advertises that it sleeps 6, no more than 6 people may occupy that condo unit.     
  • Renting a Single Family Home?   Single family homes are ideal for family vacations.  They usually offer more privacy and flexibility than a condominium.   Most have private dockage on canals leading to the ocean or bay and a few have swimming pools.  Some residential communities offer a private beach and/or provide boat launching facilities.   Occupancy count is strictly enforced in our rentals  - if the home advertises that it sleeps 8, no more than 8 people may occupy that home.   
  • Relocating to the Islamorada Florida Area? If you are relocating to the Upper Keys area I have several rental properties that are available on a long term basis.  I can assist you in collecting the information you need, and make your transition as smooth as possible.  If I do not have a property that  fits your description and needs, I will try to find one with another agent or refer you directly to other local agents that may be able to assist.   Please contact me for long term renting assistance and area information.
