As part of our partnership with agents, we will provide complimentary rental projections and co-brand them using our professionally designed pro-forma. We can project revenue for a single property to help sell a property or we can provide a side-by-side pro-forma to assist clients in deciding between two properties. Our pro-forma will enhance agent presentations due to Keys Holiday Rentals reputation of higher revenue generation for our homeowners.

*The Receiving Brokerage agrees to pay the Referring Brokerage Agent a one-time referral fee for rental property referrals. Agents who refer properties to Keys Holiday Rentals will be compensated based on the following schedule, payable upon signing of the property management agreement: $2,000.00 for homes and $1,000.00 for condos.
